I'm Kylee Fields, a software engineer focused on building reliable, performant developer tools and open-source user applications. I care deeply about how developers build, debug, and ship software. Lately, I've been building in Rust and exploring agent-driven workflows. I have experience across TypeScript and Python, and I spend a lot of time thinking about testing, reliability, and developer experience. In my early career, I spent significant time onboarding developers of all levels of expertise into open-source. Today, I am proud to have onboarded over 100 developers, from student hackathons, to GitHub volunteer programs, and open-source distributed databases.
