Computer science graduate with 5+ years of experience contracting as a software engineer, technical community manager, and developer advocacy and success manager through my work under the name Communal Tech, primarily serving mission-driven tech organizations. I specialize in building and improving systems at the intersection of people and technology, with a strong focus on developer productivity, user experience, internal alignment, and process optimization. My work spans full-stack development and DevOps practices, including testing, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines, as well as leading technical communities, where I support onboarding, process standardization, and project management. Prior to working in tech, I was an operations specialist, personal trainer, and programming educator, which continues to shape my people-centered approach.
